OLX enables sellers to buy promotional packages online, but the current process has a massive drop-off rate of over 95%. My goal was to improve the funnel conversion by streamlining the purchase flow, simplifying package selection, and introducing strategic design interventions to enhance discoverability and reduce friction.
The platform struggled with a 40% cart abandonment rate during checkout. Users encountered unclear error messages, redundant fields, and poor mobile optimization, leading to frustration and drop-offs.
